IT Specialist Level III

You know that you are a talented network administrator and your primary occupational purpose in life is to install and maintain computer network systems for companies ranging in size of 10-80 computers. You are fully aware of how talented you are in working with all of the technologies that companies of this size use such as workstations, servers, network switches, wireless networks, firewalls, mobile devices, virtualization, and cloud software used for network management and security. You are driven in this occupation because working with these technologies and helping people simply come natural to you. You are at a point in your career where your skills are a culmination of solid work experience and a lifetime pursuit of tinkering with technology at home. You have an insatiable desire to continue to learn and employ your IT skills so that businesses can have a competitive edge.

You have had experience installing and supporting hardware HP and Dell servers, Storage Area Networks, and Network Attached Storage, VMware ESX with configurations of high availability, Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Windows Pro. You have also worked with Cloud desktop infrastructures in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. You have strong networking skills regarding TCP/IP, network routing, DHCP, and DNS. You have experience installing and supporting SonicWall, Cisco, and Meraki firewalls and wireless systems. You have experience using the cybersecurity software tools such Advanced Endpoint Detection and Response with a Security Operation Center, SPAM Filter, Web/DNS Filtering, Backup and Cloud Backup System, Password Manager, Dark Web Research, Multifactor Authentication, Device Encryption, SIEM/Log Management, Security Awareness Training, and a Security Assessments.

You are well aware of the advantages that small businesses have when IT is managed vs. unmanaged. You are ready to employ your skills to help multiple small businesses join a growing company who needs and will reward your contributions in delivering quality technical service as they embark on doubling their company size.
